The modern foundry envisages one medium frequency induction melting furnace with the state of art electronics capable of achieving a melting efficiency far superior to arc or mains frequency melting furnaces about fifteen to twenty percentage more economical and able to withstand voltage variations without greatly effecting melting efficiency.with one month In plant capacity upto 225 tons.
